Secure Tix - RIPPED OFF FOR HIGHLY SUSPECT TICKETS IN DENVER
I paid $122 for a ticket to Highly Suspect show at Bluebird Theater on April 7. I only bought one, for obvious reasons, but I REALLY want to see them and the Bluebird is AWESOME.
I then printed my ticket which shows the face value of $25! i wrote an email to Secure Tix Support@***E-TIX.com, who informed me it was all spelled out (in the fine print...) how the tickets were being sold by a 3rd party at whatever price they could get for them. SERIOUSLY? THIS MAKES TICKET SCALPING LEGAL?
I COULDN'T READ THE FINE PRINT IF I HAD TO DUE TO VISUAL IMPAIRMENT. I FOLLOWED A LINK THAT INDICATED "CHEAP CONCERT TICKETS" NOW IT'S DIFFICULT TO EVEN TELL WHICH COMPANY I HAVE A COMPLAINT WITH...
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $97.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Secure Tix Cons: Being overcharged for concert tix by 97, Being told i should have read the fine print, Being looped or lured to this site, Being told only 6 tickets left.
